Question 1

What's included in the $89 service call?

Accepted Answer

It covers a trip to your home, a full diagnostic of your system, and a clear, written quote before any repair work. You're not paying for a vague trip charge — you're paying for answers and transparency. If you approve repairs, we'll apply the service call toward the work when it makes sense.

Question 2

What are your hours?

Accepted Answer

Open 7 AM to 5 PM MST. Call during those hours, or send a request anytime and we will call you back during business hours.

Question 3

How fast can you get here?

Accepted Answer

We schedule during business hours, 7 AM to 5 PM MST, and aim for same-day service when the schedule allows.

Question 4

What warranty do you offer?

Accepted Answer

New installs include a 10-year warranty and 2 years of labor. Parts carry a 1-year warranty.

Question 5

How much does a typical AC repair cost?

Accepted Answer

Most common repairs (capacitors, contactors, minor electrical) land between $180–$450, with larger repairs (motors, coils, refrigerant issues) typically between $450–$1,200. We always give you a written, line-item estimate before we start.

Question 6

Should I repair or replace my AC?

Accepted Answer

General rule: if your system is under 10 years old and the repair is under $1,000, repair it. Over 15 years with a major failure? Probably time to replace. We'll always give you our honest recommendation.

Question 7

Do you offer financing?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Financing for new installations is available through a third party. Ask when you book.

Question 8

Are you licensed and insured?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Arizona Registrar of Contractors license ROC 294864. Licensed, bonded, and insured.
